Application Corrective Maintenance
As a key component of our Support Methodology, Application Corrective Maintenance involves the repair of defects that prevent the application from processing data accurately or producing correct results.  It includes production problem fixes and repairs to abnormalities that interfere with the completion of a process. We understand that corrective maintenance requires tightly integrated and quick support turnarounds to keep applications running at peak efficiency.

Application Preventive Maintenance
Application Preventive Maintenance involves proactive procedures that ensure the application’s optimum performance with changing environmental parameters. Preventive maintenance also focuses on the repair of inherent application defects to minimize the risk of recurring problems.
