Completed on November 30, 2007, this transaction was welcomed by both parties as the two companies share similar corporate cultures, provide complementary services, and—especially—because we are already partners on a number of state-level engagements.

Saber is operating as an independent subsidiary of EDS with the same quality management and delivery resources in place. Our focus continues to be purely providing state and local solutions; however, the relationship with EDS supplies a deep, stable financial base for prompt and consistent investments in Saber resources and technical solutions. Overall, the structure of the transaction preserved Saber’s focus on the state and local government market, and enhanced Saber’s guarantee to provide white glove service to every one of our customers.
